My Pets

I love my pets! On this page I'll describe them and their special place in my life.

I have decided to set up a Memorial page for pets all over the world. If you had a special pet that you would like to memorialize on this page contact me with a picture of your pet and some info about them and I will include them on this page.
Our pets bring so much comfort and when they leave us there is a void in our lives. Help keep their memory living on through this memorial page. Just click on Pet memorial for the address to send the information. Please put in the subject line: Pet Memorial.

BABY

baby.jpg

This is Baby.  She is my princess.  I have had Baby in my life for almost 12 year now.  I got her when she was just 8 weeks old.  She is such a big part of my life.  She is very good natured and so sweet.  She has such a sweet personality.  She is my best friend.

ME AND MAC

This is my poodle Mac.  He is a 70's original!  I had him in the 70's.  Mac was a good rock and roll buddy.  He and I would jump in my 65' 'Tang and we would go cruisin!  Crankin' up Led Zeppelin and lettin' the good times roll~~~

PHOEBE SUE

Phoebe Sue is not actually my dog, but my sister's dog. And as of today, Phoebe is still with us, but she gave me permission to put her picture on my website. :>) Phoebe is a very photogenic Black and Tan Hound dog. She has such a sweet personality. She will be 10 year old in October.

SUGAR

Sugar is such a sweety.  She is so hyper though!  If I only had half her energy!

SILLY

Silly is one of my friends from the past.  Silly thought he was a dog.  He was around dogs and no other cats, so he just assumed he was a dog too.  I am not a cat person, but Silly was very special to me.  He was also a ham at getting his picture took.
He just disappeared from my life one day.  I suppose he is still following dogs around somewhere in the happy hunting ground.

TIM & BABY

Tim and Baby both were much younger here.  But, I love this pic!  Baby is such a HAM isn't she???

Sad to say but I lost my best friend July 20, 2006. Baby passed over to the Rainbow Bridge. She was getting close to her 16th birthday. Only 3 months away from it. I miss her so much.
I miss her sparkling personality, her love, and her commitment to me. She was a one in a lifetime friend. I don't know if I will be able to find another friend like her.
I will never forget you Baby.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to
someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are
meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they
can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water
and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to
health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made
whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our
dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and
content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone
very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

I simply LOVE chickens! I no longer have any of my own, but plan on getting some in the near future. Here are some of my chicken families from a few year ago. I am bad, I can't even remember the name of the hen with the little chicks running alongside her. YES~~~I even named my chickens! Can't help it! I love my chickens. The rooster and hen picture~~the Rooster's name is Rambo, the daddy of the little chicks. So I guess I am keeping the genealogy of my chickens. HA!

When I was living in Tennessee I had the pleasure of being around the most magnificent animals that the Creator ever made. I took care of Horses. I became very attached to every one. Each had their own individual personality.
One in particular was my horse. Her name was Moonglow and when I moved back to Missouri we brought Moonglow and Pocahontas with us.
But, due to uncontrollable circumstances I lost contact with these precious pets of mine when me and my "companion" split up.
My very first horse I ever had was Sarge. I will include pictures of Sarge here too.

I will introduce all of these beautiful animals. They will always hold a special place in my heart.
